Hi Kerem,

Hard to say how long it will take to adapt to a new coding
environment, it depends on you mainly. Do you have prior programming
knowledge before C++? are you a quick learner? In any case it doesn't
hurt to set up a programming environment for MuseScore and try to find
your way. You can get the code on

here http://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/compilation

No prior knowledge of Qt is fine. Qt is very well documented, if you
can read english you will be up to speed quickly.

You can submit your application any time on google melange, even a
draft. The final proposal should be in before 21 March 19:00 UTC
though.
