A new Hello to all of you out there.I have just joined the development group at Musescore after four decades of developing software in almost every language out there. I have posted a number of new forums under general and feature requests.In my past I have developed engineering, CAD, 3D modeling, simulation and business software applications. Language experience includes: Fortran, Cobol, RPG, Pascal, Lisp, C, C++, C-sharp, Java, HTML and XMl. During this time I developed SDK (software development kits) for a number of computer software application.My concern is (if you review my posts) is whether these items can be developed purely as plugins or whether they will require modification to musecore core software. Myt feeling at (from past experience) is that I will have to develop and submit changes to Musescore technology.Please advise in advance of any problem I might encounter using this core technology.Thanks,Carl Jacobson
