Thomas,

1/
Where is the official announcement about policy change of the fee for
mobile application?
(I think it should be foretold before implementing policy changes.)

There is nothing written about it here.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.musescore.playerlite

2/
Due to this sudden policy change and force application update, some
users seem to have lost their local files, but are you aware of it?

I do not know the detail, but I saw such some posts in Twitter.

3/
Is there any return of payment or receive any benefits from MuseScore
BVBA for those who purchased a paid version mobile application in the
past?

I paid 600 JPY($5.41, €4.67).
Although it is not a large amount, I felt it was slightly expensive
for this application with few functions.
As I remember, MuseScore BVBA promised a permanent upgrade by this pricing.
I feel that the promise has been broken.

4/
If someone develop and sells compatible application that do not depend
on the Web platform musescore.com, will they violate the license?

Thanks and best regards,
Kenzi NOIKE
