Thomas, 1/ Where is the official announcement about policy change of the fee for mobile application? (I think it should be foretold before implementing policy changes.)

I do not know the detail, but I saw such some posts in Twitter. 3/ Is there any return of payment or receive any benefits from MuseScore BVBA for those who purchased a paid version mobile application in the past? I paid 600 JPY($5.41, €4.67). Although it is not a large amount, I felt it was slightly expensive for this application with few functions. As I remember, MuseScore BVBA promised a permanent upgrade by this pricing. I feel that the promise has been broken. 4/ If someone develop and sells compatible application that do not depend on the Web platform musescore.com, will they violate the license?
