Hello Sieghard. There is discussion on Github/issue, it is sad that you cannot follow it.
The last one talk about something like your "msemake". https://github.com/mse-org/mseide-msegui/issues/113 [https://opengraph.githubassets.com/132e3592e669ab2aaa129fde1a4dfc1c8148bb5e4ab00329735233d898b409f7/mse-org/mseide-msegui/issues/113]<https://github.com/mse-org/mseide-msegui/issues/113> Command line parameter. · Issue #113 · mse-org/mseide-msegui - GitHub<https://github.com/mse-org/mseide-msegui/issues/113> Skip to content. Hello Fred, you wrote on Thu, 15 May 2025 22:18:31 +0000: > The "list" gives result of compilation of each project. > > When OK, this is the result: ... > When NOT OK, that is the result: .. > Well, it does not give lot of info but has the merit to show what project > is ok and what is not. This was already sufficient information - but, I CAN'T get it. All github tells me when I click at "Details" is thet it was built on "ubuntu-latest", that there was some number of failures, and that I should sign in to see more. NO list of failed items at all. No indication what might be faulty. Well, thus I downloaded the whole stuff yesterday, and promptly made a couple tests myself, compiling some (sample) projects, using my "msemake" build script, BTW. Which I had to modify "a bit" to take care of some idiosyncrasies, probabely caused by the old syntax of the project (.prj) files. Most of the ones I checked were compilable, I didn't yet analyze the ones that didn't though. Some produced a separate ".dbg" binary, probabely for use with the debugger, as they don't run withot because of a missing loader specification (results in the message "cannot execute binary file: Exec format error"). But even trying to run them from within gdb, they immediately crash, producing the same error and message. But I probabely ought to try this from within the ide, maybe it builds debug binaries in some different manner or uses the debugger differently. (And, mind you, I DO NOT run a Ubuntu distribution - I use Slackware, somewhat augmented, with fpc & mseide-msegui installed in "raw" fashion.) Well, I'll keep on trying and testing, and will sporadically report on my results (or complain about them...). Have a nice time, meanwhile! -- (Weitergabe von Adressdaten, Telefonnummern u.ä. ohne Zustimmung nicht gestattet, ebenso Zusendung von Werbung oder ähnlichem) ----------------------------------------------------------- Mit freundlichen Grüßen, S.
