Being used to MySQL and Zeos this raises a couple of new questions? 1. What is the purpose of the tmsesqltransaction? With Zeos it is: Zconnection - Zquery - tmsedatasource With mse it is: tsqlite3connection - tmsesqlconnection - tmsesqlquery - tmsedatasource 2. Made a simple project, with the 4 above components, dropped a dbgrid and a navigator on the form, and I can connect to the database, no problemo. Dropped a tdbdataimage on the form, and connected it to the datasource with the correct fieldname - similar to what I previous did using Zeos/MySQL, and nothing happens.
