No, as a debugger session from the IDE. Though, it's the same. With DB file pointed by fabsolute path "c:\Documents and Settings\Администратор\Мои документы\MSE_PROJECTS\login\db\dbfile.db" everthing is OK, but with "db\dbfile.db" the DB isn't found.
