Please open a single file in MSEide source editor, check if lib/common/sysutils/msefilechange.pas:363 (tdirchangethread.dochange) is called after the tool run. It is possible that 'Project'-'Options'-'Debugger'-'Call GUI_DEBUGBEGIN/GUI_DEBUGEND' must be switched of in order to prevent gdb from crashing in the separate thread.
