When I built first rpm-package, then users liked mseide

Then You could have MSEide+MSEgui to build oneself from sources on
installation time - it'll make the things FPC version independent &
devs will also have MSE* sources for reference.
Me make such package for Win-32 (with InnoSetup), please ask if needed.
