I reproduced bug:
1) run Russian mseide,
2) run msei18n and to translated working mseide.
3) mseide crashes when Project->Make.
It means:
- must ban to modify library which is in use - to show message instead
modifying,
- must not copy library from directory ru to working directory of msei18n -
to show message about copying manually.
