No ssh, no cron, no nothing.  Just ftp for source code upload and 
phpmyadmin to check on the database.  So a hosted web account will give 
a little more flexibility.

I will try to be more precise in my language usage in future posts.  I 
guess such loose generalizations is what happens when I have no one to 
talk to about computing.
