Well, if you want to play a DIVX movie, you need the DivX codec.. probably
Windows Media Player is not the best player out there for other formats
different than M$ ones. Try any 'true' player ;)  (like VLC) and don't
worry about video formats. There are lots of players.

You also can convert the video to the desired format... google for video
converters...
