Please try again with git master 379069094042ac9b5ce347ea92dd06fe4a51f448.
The demo hangs with the internal console window probably because gdb
duplicates the stdin handle. Activate
'Project'-'Options'-'Debugger'-'External Console'. Does somebody know
how on Windows OVERLAPPED can be used with an inherited file handle?
