${FPCDIR} and ${FPCLIBDIR} are global Macros which can be used in user
projects, they are not used by mseide.prj and the demo projects. The idea is
that ${FPCDIR} points to the root of the FPC source and ${FPCLIBDIR} to the
root of the compiled units.
