I make exception if virtual keyboard shows in modal form, the base
placement widget is modal form it self, and not focused widget. Because
modal form usually a small form and if virtual keyboard show inside the
form, the area is fill fully. But if focused widget and virtual keyboard is
intersected, than base placement base of focused widget again.
And I shrink button size to 45 because in 8.1" tablet with small button is
difficult to touch.
