Patrick, why not simply commit the fpdoc description files (*.xml that have actual documentation) into MSEUniverse or whatever it is called. Other developers can then clone/fork that repo and send you pull requests instead (GitHub is really quick and easy to setup for personal use). That is MUCH easier than your suggestion, much less work for you too.
