I assume you use 3.4 not 3.6? Because 3.6 uses a separate *.dbg file for debuginfo by default. 32 bit executables are smaller. There are interactions between objectinspector, formdesigner and source page i.e. adding, deleting and renaming of components and event handlers and checking the source for valid event handler signatures if 'Project'-'Options'-'Make'-'Check Method Headers' is activated.
