'Project'-'Make 4', it has no debuginfo and uses smartlinking, 
see 'Project'-'Make'-'Make Options'. I assume you use 3.4 not 3.6? Because 
3.6 uses a separate *.dbg file for debuginfo by default.
32 bit executables are smaller. The size of 32 bit MSEide is 6.3Mb, MSEide is 
a big project with almost 600'000 lines without RTL.

It is spelled "MSEide". ;-)
What do you mean with "main form"? The main menu? The actions are located 
in "actionsmodule.pas". There are interactions between objectinspector, 
formdesigner and source page i.e. adding, deleting and renaming of components 
and event handlers and checking the source for valid event handler signatures 
if 'Project'-'Options'-'Make'-'Check Method Headers' is activated.
