Set a breakpoint where you run FPC, check the commandline variable in watch 
window. If it is wrong, think why it is wrong, set breakpoints earlier in the 
processing, step through the code... But I think you know that. :-)

If the IDE is original MSEide: 'Project'-'Make'-'Show Commandline'. If you 
see '/' path separator on Windows you need to check your project 
settings. ;-)
