Push your code to your Github repository, report when you did it. Then I will 
integrate your code into the existing history on Gitorious. I will report 
when I did it.
Then you can pull a fresh local repository from there. I will write how to do 
when we are there.

That apparently is the problem. You should use git with a good graphical git 
client in every day work. Once you did it for some days you can't believe 
that you ever could work without...
I recommend MSEgit.
