Probably interferences of the moving scrollbar pattern with the RGB sub-pixel pattern of the screen. You can change lib/common/kernel/msescrollbar.pas:784 from " brush:= stockobjects.bitmaps[stb_dens50]; " to " brush:= stockobjects.bitmaps[stb_block4]; " in order to better see the process. I need to check why the grid scrollbar pattern do not follow the top border of the grid.
