As my initial comment in this thread mentioned, I thought of having a button that injects the project path. So it is a manual project - just a click of a button - and would resolve the issue you mentioned above. For now, my patch simply builds on what you already implemented. Given a bit more time, I would probably add the quick select button to the right of the Directory edit widget. But personally I think my solution (supplied patch) is already closer to what I wanted. ps: Can the Directory edit (and Project edit in Open Project) become combobox+"..." widget? That way one can instantly select a history item without opening an extra dialog. Currently it requires an extra step. First click the "..." button which opens another dialog, then select the ComboBox to pick a history item. This is not a high priority item, as the current solution works, but I think there is scope for improvement (more efficiency). ;-) Regards, - Graeme - -- fpGUI Toolkit - a cross-platform GUI toolkit using Free Pascal http://fpgui.sourceforge.net/ My public PGP key: http://tinyurl.com/graeme-pgp ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Site24x7 APM Insight: Get Deep Visibility into Application Performance APM + Mobile APM + RUM: Monitor 3 App instances at just $35/Month Monitor end-to-end web transactions and take corrective actions now Troubleshoot faster and improve end-user experience.
