That is how I discovered the problem. Because MSEide stores session information inside the .PRJ file, I use the Storage tab to create a <projectname>_clean.prj file automatically (no session information). I then use that *_clean.prj file in code repositories or copy & rename into my templates folder for future projects. It would still be awesome if MSEide could separate session info from project info. Then only one .prj file needs to be used and committed to a code repository.
