https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues/7636 https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues/7622 First they ask me to prove that their window manager is not ICCCM compliant, when I do that they close the bug report writing they dont' want to fix it anyway. MSEgui uses the unmap event combined with the WM_STATE property in order to minimize the open application windows when the mainwindow has been minimized. Restoring any of the application windows will restore all previousely minimized windows. Because of the buggy WM that will not work on Mint Cinnamon. No wonder that most Linux applications have a single window interface if such a basic functionality for multi window interfaces is missing. @MSEide+MSEgui Mint users: I don't have the time to convince the Mint team that their window managers should be ICCCM compliant. If you want that MSEide+MSEgui works optimal on your distribution you must become active yourself.
