Sorry, I dropped Cinamon time ago. No Cinnamon to test.
Lazarus GTK2 + Debian 9.4 amd64 Mate Desktop.
Minimize, Maximize and Normal are working fine... I can do it in software.
A note, when the second form is minimized if I restore to normal, it takes
the focus.
