I did present mselang to LLVM mailing-list: http://clang-developers.42468.n3.nabble.com/Clang-Windows-and-stdout-td4063613.html And also on a LLVM forum, presenting a mselang, the brother of clang but for Pascal language. There was lot of enthusiasm, that it would be great to have a bitcode Pascal compiler in the LLVM family. But after this, no more sound. Yes, maybe in university but I dont have the skill to answer to questions about LLVM and the bc files compiled by mselang.
