Well, no, it WAS trouble, causing the withdrawal of the latest issue. I really should have investigated the effects of the "safe guarding" statements much better, and even now I'm not definitely certain that the one in "mmysqlconn.pas" is safe, as the case statement is really confusingly set up, but definitely doesn't cover all defined states. Well, there's another place where "some" work ought to go yet, as it's still lacking a method to dynamically extend the translation data base. So it's still restricted to statically instantiate all forms requiring translation at application start up, taking up more memory than neccessary. (Well, on the other hand, one COULD argue that this sped up things some...) I also would moan quite a bit if mseide-msegui should fade away. It was a much earlier viable means to build useful GUI applications with fpc than even Lazarus, which was nearly unusable when I started building my main msegui project, around 2008-9, nearly a quarter century ago!
