You have to post screenshots of your subscription criteria. The SCCM classes would need to be subscribed to... a group isn't necessary unless you are trying to filter.

We are receiving alerts for the Exchange and SCCM Management Packs but only receive email alerts for Exchange. The subscriptions are setup the same with the exception of the name of the group. Any ideas why we would receive email alerts for the Exchange Management Pack and not the SCCM?
