Hi All, We are using SCOM 2007 R2. we have a requirement to monitor sql 2005,2008,2012 and 2000 servers as well. We are able to monitor SQL 2005,2008 and 2012 servers but not the SQL 2000 servers using the MP Version 6.3.173.1. I understand this version is removed sql 2000 servers monitor support.
[cid:[email protected]] We found the MP in the below link to monitor SQL 2000 servers. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=15226 We got 3 files in the pack (discovery, monitor, library). When we try to import these files it says library is already there and remaining two files are imported successfully. Now we have both Management packs(2000 and 2005,2008,2012), we have kept it under observation for 24 hours to discover the SQL 2000 Servers. But there is no servers discovered for sql 2000 servers. Please let me know anything I am missing. Can somebody please help me to monitor the all SQL Server versions. Thanks in advance.
