Just disable it on the current server, and install it on the other server you 
want it running on.

It simply needs to connect to the SDK service.  If you move it to a different 
management server, you'd most likely want to ensure it is point to its local 
SDK.

Some consultants recommend moving the RMSe to the same MS that is running the 
CE, but I don't believe that to be a requirement.  That said, the RMSe likely 
is only being used for some of these legacy MP's that still reference the RMS 
class, so that makes sense.

I have the Exchange Correlation Engine installed on a server which was the 
first Management server in my group of servers and want to move the correlation 
engine to another management server.  What is the best way to do this 
procedure?  Does anyone have any recommended guidelines?
