They do not. All workflows unload that are targeted at a class, when that class instance is placed into MM.
This includes discoveries, rules, monitors, and their sub-components, such as diagnostics, recoveries, write actions, probe actions, etc. When the Windows Computer class instance is placed into MM, this places ALL hosted classes into MM, via containment and hosting relationships.
