In my case : The agent and RMS,MS are in the same domain. I am getting this
issue with 4-5 agent servers not for all the agents. Please suggest how to fix
it.

Subject: [msmom] RE: Failed to initialize security context for target
MSOMHSvc/Management server(2007R2)

This event is logged when the agent tries to authenticate to the management
server via Kerberos, and is unable to resolve the SPN for the management server
from AD.

This is expected for agents that are not part of the same forest as the SCOM
management servers. Certificates should be used for agent auth.

If you are getting this on agents that are part of the same AD domain or forest
as your SCOM servers, then your AD is broken and Kerberos isn't working.

If you have agents in a different forest, but are depending on a Kerberos
enabled trust between forests, this breaks easily and I recommend always using
certificate auth when not part of the same forest.
