Export your Microsoft.SystemCenter.Notifications.Internal management pack. Open it with your editor (I like Notepad++) and you will see all subscribers defined here.
You can do a bulk find and replace based on the domain name. Take care because the email channel is aslo defined - so step through it first with a find and make sure it will only change what you want. Then, increment the version number in the manifest (best practice) and import the management pack back again.
