Has anyone else run this this issue trying to discover Exchange 2013 Edge
Servers that are in a workgroup? I have attempted to create the Sitename and
DynamicSiteName keys as described in this article. As these machines are in a
DMZ, and in a workgroup, they don't have an AD Site that they belong to. I
tried using the value that the mailbox servers that they are connected to use.

either does not exist or could not be contacted.
