So, we've come across some oddness I'm just now beginning to investigate.
The emails generated for some of our Exchange 2013 alerts are coming across
with the alert description missing. Tthe subject line looks like this:
"Alert: {2} Resolution state: Closed" where the "{2}" should be the name of
the alert. Within the body of the email, where it lists "Alert:" it does
the same thing. But if I go into SCOM and look at my alert views, all
alerts are listed properly by name.This is only happening with the alerts from our Exchange 2013 MP. We have not modified the default alert email in any way. Like I said, I am just digging into this, but has anyone seen this? Anyone have any ideas or can point me in the right direction? Thanks!
