RPC has *nothing* to do with this. If you don't see them coming in for approval - you need to troubleshoot WHY. You start with the OpsMgr event log on the agent. Bounce the agent and look at the verbose events logged which will tell you exactly what is wrong. Either they cannot resolve the server by name, you don't have certificates set up, or the firewall isn't open from the agent to the MS.

Is RPC running on the same port 5723 or need to allow separately? Is there a link that describes what are all the ports/anything else that need to be open up/setup to make this work?
