There are a couple scenarios where I have seen this in the past. I’d recommend opening a support case with Microsoft to resolve. Technically you can run the contains scripts manually, but I’d recommend a case to review any MP mismatches you might have.

I have 2 questions: 1. How could the same MP's have generated the correct Stored Procs in one environment but not the other? 2.
