The word Event is the first word of the alert description. Entering only Event still not work. Again, the subscription works if this "Description" criteria is not being used. Any other thoughts?

Like remove the "text in description" criteria. Then - add in text - but make it SIMPLE like one word. Then if that works - you can start to figure out what is breaking it. The subscription works as should without this criteria, but I need this function to work. [cid:[email protected]] Any thoughts? I am entering the Text string incorrectly? Should I use regular expression and if so, how (fyi: tried this too). Also just entering the text Event, still not work. Thanks!
