Pretty much all thresholds for Exchange 2013+ are set in Exchange. SCOM simply monitors for events created for each Health Set, on the Exchange server. This gives total control over shaping the monitoring to the Exchange server admins. SCOM becomes the framework to bubble up issues, notifications, and ticketing, but does not burden the SCOM admin with tuning, and does not require the Exchange admin to learn SCOM.
So really this is a question for the Exchange team β not SCOM. π Generally β when reg keys donβt exist β default values are used. Did you try creating the appropriate reg keys?
