I have SCOM 2016 up and running and the web console working on HTTP. I switched to SSL and had it working and upgraded to RU4 now its seems to be broke. I have been researching online and didn't want take to many changes in IIs.
I can launch the web console form IIS 443 localhost but when trying from my desktop I get: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. Anyone run into this and the certificate shows valid in the browser and I have tried IE and Chrome.
