Hi Claudia,
Looks like msnoise-tomo ' setup.py was meant for an older version of
obspy ... using a private function, bad idea that I guess worked for
some time...
I'll give it a check later this week, it shouldn't be too hard to update
the setup.py to match the new version

just trying the tomo code.

Oh, those instructions are old... If you are working on linux or mac
(or
windows with the microsoft c++ compiler), you should be able to simply
clone the github repository, and run python setup.py build && python
setup.py install
Note: the msnoise_tomo package isn't (yet) working with the dev
(==master) version of msnoise, only 1.6.x

I am trying to install msnoise_tomo following the instructions on
GitHub.
Everything goes well until I have to use the precompiled python
wheels.
