Correct, you’ll need a native vlan configured to carry untagged traffic for
wanbooting/PXE.

Subject: [msosug] question question regarding OBP - support for VLANs

Unless I'm mistaken, OBP doesn't support VLANs, which means wanbooting doesn't
work, even if the network-boot-arguments EEPROM setting is set?
[There's no native VLAN on all of the interfaces that I'm looking at, only two
VLANs].
(Specifically, this is OpenBoot 4.33.6.f 2014/07/10 10:24, on a Sun Blade T6340
Server Module).

Cheers,
Chris
