Those cards appear to be USB 2.0, not 3.0. I might be incorrect but
specs don't mention USB 3.0.
I'm after something like this that would work under 11.3;

Does anyone know if there are any USB 3.0 PCI-Express Cards compatible
with Solaris 11.3 x86?
If there is, any ideas where I could get one?
