Can't you just connect to Serial 1 (ttya) and set autoboot to true?
Anyway, I've got plenty of old USB Sun keyboards in the shed somewhere, so
if you'd like one you're welcome to it. Be warned it'll probably be full
of dust and crud.
Oh -- and just about *any* USB keyboard *should* work on those things, but
obviously doesn't include the left keybank for "STOP-A". Perhaps boot
serial, fix your NVRAM settings and then plug a normal USB keyboard in?

I am wondering if someone has this Keyboard that we can use in SUN XVR-2500
card to boot this workstation back (it has auto-boot? false) and Keyboard

It’s a UltraSPARC IIIi series *Sun Ultra 25 Workstation* (last order date …
circa 10/2008)

Keyboard and Mouse Connections with Sun XVR-2500
When the workstations were first released, the keyboard had to be connected
to the back panels. Later, support was added so that the keyboard could be
connected to the front panel USB ports.
*However, if you have installed a Sun XVR-2500 graphics accelerator in
either PCIE1 or PCIE2, you must connect the keyboard to the back
panel. (see attached jpg)*
