Hi all.
I've apparently run into this:
https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Sun%20Microsystems/1957372_1.html issue
- /tmp space being chewed up by 20+ GB of Pulse audio shmem files that
haven't been cleaned up. Gah! I can't access the Oracle article (no support
contract that I know of) but just wondering if anyone on this list knows
what they recommend to deal with it?
I was going to set up a cron job to do
find /tmp/.SHMDpulse-shm-* -mtime +5 -exec rm {} \;
every evening... but open to suggestions on what Oracle might mean by:
"This document explains how to delete /tmp/.SHMDpulse-shm-* file safely,
how to change the size or how to prevent
the file creation."
Cheers
Philip.
