It means rproxy could not communicate with the MSP430 properly. It might
be for obvious reasons - like it was unplugged or powered off. It might
be for a more annoying reason. rproxy can loose control of the MSP430
and not be able to regain control without unplugging and reconnecting
the JTAG lead. The IAR and Quadravox tools also suffer from this
problem. I haven't yet had time to diagnose the reason.
