Hi Dmitry,

  Instead of 74Fxxx, try 74VHCxxx, they are fast and spend less power
than 74Fxxx.

  74VHC can work at 3.3V or at 5V, but both inputs and outputs will work
at the same level.

  74VHCTxxx / 74HCTxxx are also usefull. They can be powered with 5V,
their output will have levels of 0 or 5V, and their input accepts 0-3.3V
or 0-5V without any external components.
