I had the same problem. As I recall, I saw an explanation somewhere, I
think on this list. You need to go to CVS, get the "jtag" module and
invoke make in jtag/hardware_access/HILpppdev to produce the library. I
think that's all I did. If it does not work, or you have trouble, start
looking at some of the old messages here on the list.
