Peter, I have played with µ/COS-II on an msp430f149 a little but only simple evaluation programs so far. I have been meaning to tidy up the environment specific port files (i.e. fix the internal documentation) and make it available publicly but I haven't got around to it yet. I could package up what I have and send it to you if you would like.
