[Mspgcc-users] Correct way to make an object library?

Hi All,

What is the correct way to make a bunch of "xx.o" files into a library 
file.

I'm somewhat confused as to which tool do I use msp430-ld or msp430-ar 
...

Can someone please post the correct command.
