No thats not possible. Your choices are:
1. Blow the JTAG fuse and use the BSL. With the BSL
you'll have to provide passwords to access the FLASH
(you will be able to read/write/erase the FLASH once
you have the passwords.
2. Write a loader yourself which will accept certain
password (may be through serial port) and then accept
new programming bytes for the FLASH.
