SF.net is doing a site upgrade of the CVS servers. they are going from 2 servers to 6 new sytstems, to do that they have to copy 13 million files while the system is still online. in turn of that update, it seems that the anonymous and vievcvs services that had a daily update before are lagging behind a bit :-(
